During my stay at a beachfront resort, I encountered a slight issue with my initial room allocation. However, the dedicated manager was understanding and promptly upgraded me to a villa with a stunning view. The service at the dining area was efficient and the food was delightful. The pool area was simply amazing. I'll recommend this hotel.

the doubletree by hilton was super clean and the staff were amazing! it's in a beautiful location with a great beach. i loved the different pools and watersports - plus the swings and slides into the sea were so much fun. the dinner at the japanese restaurant was super delicious, and the breakfast and pool food were also great.
Would definitely recommend.

they have amazing facilities for children, including a children's pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a water park, all very safe. the breakfast had a wide selection and was well managed, despite the large number of guests. the staff, especially paula and anisun, were very friendly and accommodating in helping us find the perfect room.

Great family-friendly facilities, including pirate boat park and kids club, multiple pools, and variety of restaurants.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff provided exceptional service. We were greeted with smiles and the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The sports bar staff, especially Salma, Solomon, and Shyju, were outstanding with their friendly service. The Asian restaurant staff, Chetan, Jassim, and Krishna, were always ready to assist us and gave great recommendations on the delicious food. The checkout process was smooth thanks to the front office lady, Sabu. The all-day dining staff, Narayan and Ranajit, made us feel right at home. everything exceeded our expectations, from the value for money to the ambiance. We especially loved having multiple pools and a beautiful beach. The inclusive unlimited beverage and drink package was a fantastic deal. Our room, 4412, was perfect for couples and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The only negative aspect was the lack of health and safety measures in place. Despite the tasty breakfast buffet and the efforts of the serving staff, it felt crowded and rushed, not suitable for a 5-star hotel.
